SECURITY SERVICE REQUEST is initiated when a security company registers an ARC account through the Dahua official site or the DoLynk Care portal. Upon registration, the company information can be found in the “Security Company List” in DMSS and DoLynk Care. This allows users and installers to directly request services and link their devices to the provider’s monitoring platform.

Partners can integrate the Dahua AirShield alarm systems into their own monitoring platforms using the Open ARC API. While mobile app interactions remain on Dahua’s DMSS and DoLynk Care, the partner’s platform receives full event data, enabling complete visibility and control without additional app development.
