Sky+ Terms and Conditions

The Sky+ digital satellite system should be installed by a Sky-approved installer. If you already have satellite equipment at your address then some of this equipment may be used for the installation of Sky+. Standard installation of Sky+ will cost £50 if you subscribe to Sky Digital. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installation. You will be advised of these charges before the installation takes place. You are responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's consent) before installation. Sky+ is only compatible with digital satellite. Connection to a suitable satellite dish required.

You will need a Sky+ subscription to use the personal television recording (PTR) features of Sky+. You must keep your Sky+ set top box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line for the first 12 months of your Sky+ subscription. The phone line connection allows viewing information to be passed from your Sky+ set top box to Sky and vice versa by telephone.

You must be 18 or over to subscribe to Sky+. Eligibility subject to status. Minimum Sky+ subscription 12 months. Sky+ is for private and domestic use only.
